About Amin Ghesmati

Amin Ghesmati (Persian: امین قسمتی) is an Iranian international fashion and commercial model, entrepreneur and content creator. He was born on 6 October 1989 in Tehran, Iran, and holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering from the University of Science and Culture in Tehran.
Sport shaped him before fashion did. He trained in kickboxing and Muay Thai and holds a black belt in kickboxing, and began bodybuilding at nineteen. That background in training, physiology and discipline is what later opened the door to modelling.
His professional modelling career developed outside Iran. He has worked as a fashion and commercial model with brands including Jack & Jones, Levi's, Nike and Lee, walked for designers such as Manish Malhotra and Ken Ferns, and appeared in shows including Lakme Fashion Week and Bombay Times Fashion Week.
In 2020 he founded Model Academy in Iran, the first academy in the country to teach modelling to the standards the international industry actually hires by. In 2022 he founded AG Models in Mumbai, India, the first international modelling agency founded and directed by an Iranian, through which models from Iran and elsewhere are presented to the global market.
Alongside this he publishes on a Persian-language YouTube channel with more than 70,000 subscribers, covering appearance, physique, posing and the realities of the modelling industry, based on published research rather than guesswork, and free to anyone with an internet connection.

Model Academy
Model Academy is a modelling school founded by Amin Ghesmati in Iran in 2020. It was the first in the country to teach modelling to the standard the international industry hires by, covering runway and catwalk technique, posing and work in front of the camera, grooming and physical preparation, portfolio and comp card building, and how the business itself operates. The purpose is that someone who trains there is able to work professionally as a model anywhere in the world, not only locally.

AG Models
AG Models, also known as AG Model Management, is an international modelling agency founded by Amin Ghesmati in Mumbai in 2022, and the first international agency founded and directed by an Iranian. It scouts and develops talent, produces shoots in house, and places models in fashion, commercial and editorial work including runway shows, campaigns, lookbooks and brand ambassadorships. Its models have appeared with Vogue India and ELLE India and with brands including Rocky Star, Fastrack and J.Hampstead. The agency never charges application fees.

On YouTube, Amin Ghesmati publishes in Persian to an audience of more than seventy thousand subscribers. The channel covers appearance and self-improvement grounded in evidence rather than guesswork: skin and hair, physique and body composition, posture and presence, posing for the camera, and how the modelling industry actually works. The aim is that someone in the most remote part of Iran can learn online, at no cost, what normally requires proximity, money and contacts.
